Factory Trained Technicians and Installers

SMART Factory Trained Technicians and Installers can help with your technical service needs.

SMART Factory Trained Technicians (SFTT) and Installers (SFTI) are both knowledgeable and professional, having undergone SMART?s instructor led training and assessments.

To find technicians or installers, complete the following steps:

1. Select your state or country from the U.S. or International drop-down menu
2. Select Technician or Installer from the drop-down menu
3. Select the applicable market from the drop-down menu

Markets are categorized as follows:

• Corporate refers to anyone who works in a business environment
• H.Ed. refers to anyone who works in a college, university or technical institute
• K-12 refers to anyone who works in a kindergarten to grade 12 school
• Government refers to anyone who works with the military, navy or other government related organization

When you have made your selections, select the “Go” button, and you will obtain a list of trainers designated to your area.
